United Mail enthusiastically welcomes Dayna Neumann as our Executive Vice President of Business Development. A familiar face, she has worked in a consultation role for United Mail for several years, where she has helped our business grow and thrive.
Over the 20 years of her professional life, Dayna has worked to help companies like United Mail grow. She began her career in the print and mailing industry in sales positions with Quad/Graphics, Fetter Printing, and Hennegan. She honed her love for manufacturing and technology working with companies like WellPoint, National Geographic, Conde Nast, and Toyota. In these positions, she created innovative digital platforms for the healthcare industry, tech-oriented features for publishers, and efficient revenue-generating opportunities.
Entrepreneurial endeavors are never far from her mind. In 2014, she teamed up with Linda Ruffenach to launch Execuity, a sales and marketing consulting agency. In this capacity Dayna worked with early stage companies on strategy to 30 year old companies looking to evolve their culture and realize new revenue channels. It was in this position that she started working with United Mail. She has represented us at several conferences and conventions, and, most importantly, she helped launch our cutting-edge web-to-print software, Storefront.
Outside of her consultation, sales, and marketing knowledge, we are excited to invite Dayna’s executive and board experience. She has served the Louisville community as a board member for Venture Connectors, Bellarmine University Business School, Hope Scarves, and Maker Faire Louisville.

In her spare time, she is mother to two elementary-age kids, competes in triathlons, and travels the world. We are thrilled to welcome Dayna’s forward-thinking, refreshing perspective at United Mail.
