Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Dayna Neumann joined United Direct Solutions as Executive Vice President of Sales in 2018 and was promoted to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer in 2021. Her leadership and guidance at UDS have amplified the visibility, positioning and success of the company. In her role, she leads and inspires a dynamic team of sales professionals and most notably oversaw the company’s complete rebrand (from United Mail) and relaunch in 2023.

Gary Armstrong

Senior Director of Operations

Gary Armstrong joined United Direct Solutions after serving as General Manager for Innovairre’s Virginia and Louisville, KY plants, bringing over six years of leadership experience in high-volume operations. As Sr. Director of Operations, Gary oversees day-to-day production while driving long-term process improvements and strategic capital investments that support growth and operational efficiency. He has played a key role in building a collaborative, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client service and measurable productivity gains.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys golfing and spending time on his family’s hobby farm.

National Account Executive

As National Account Executive at United Direct Solutions, Beth Brown leads business development efforts, applying her extensive expertise in marketing, advertising, publishing, and communications. Her deep industry knowledge allows her to deliver impactful and results-driven solutions for clients. Andria Reynolds began her career at United Direct Solutions as a Receptionist and has steadily advanced through multiple roles over her 17-year tenure, including Account Manager, Client Service Supervisor, and Client Service Manager. Now serving as Director of Client Services, she leads and mentors the Client Services team, fostering a client-focused culture and ensuring exceptional service from order initiation through delivery. Andria also supports new business onboarding, contributes to revenue planning, and serves as the point of escalation for key accounts. Known for her strategic mindset and commitment to team development, she finds fulfillment in both internal collaboration and helping clients bring their campaigns to life.

Outside of work, Andria enjoys watching her son play soccer, spending time with family and friends, and visiting National Parks with her husband.

Melissa Brown joined United Direct Solutions in 2007 as an Account Manager and has grown into a key leadership role. As Director of Quality Assurance and Process Improvement, she oversees the company’s Quality Management System, leads internal audits, ensures documentation control, and supports audit readiness across all locations. Melissa works closely with departments company-wide to improve procedures, track performance metrics, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Known for her love of data and collaboration, she brings a passion for process and quality to every part of the organization. Before UDS, Melissa held marketing and operations roles at Bearno’s Pizza, where she discovered her drive for people, performance, and results.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the printing and mailing industry, Casey is responsible for United Direct Solutions’ operational excellence and strategic growth to provide effective, data-driven direct mail and marketing solutions to clients across various industries.

Over the past 15 years with UDS, Casey has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success. With a keen focus on efficiency and strategic problem-solving, he has helped position UDS as a trusted partner in the industry. A passionate leader, Casey is deeply committed to team development, creating a thriving culture of excellence, and driving innovation. His ability to balance high-level strategy with people-first leadership has made a lasting impact on both the organization and the clients UDS serves.

Elizabeth Hinton

Elizabeth Hinton joined United Direct Solutions as Director of Human Resources, bringing with her a wealth of experience from leadership roles at Murray State University, Communicare Services, Inc., and Toyota Boshoku America. She was promoted to Corporate Director of Human Resources after earning the opportunity to lead HR functions across both the Louisville and Cincinnati locations. In her role, Elizabeth oversees all aspects of the HR function—including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and strategic workforce planning. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with organizational goals and building a more unified, collaborative culture. Known for her adaptability and passion for supporting teams through change, Elizabeth thrives in dynamic environments where she can foster growth, engagement, and operational excellence.
