Dayna has spent her 20 years of professional experience growing business for the printing and mailing industry, publishing, direct mail, startups and small businesses.

Prior to her work at United Mail, Dayna has held sales and marketing roles at Quad/Graphics (Milwaukee, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington, D.C.), Hennegan, and Fetter Group in addition to starting her own companies. Her vast experience in the printing industry has led Dayna to advocate for inclusive corporate cultures that attract customers AND attract talent. She is passionate about unleashing sales mindsets, the art of the referral, prospecting, social media for sales, and helping people realize their greatest potential. Dayna believes that hiring people smarter than you is the strategy for long term success.
